OK. The struggle is real. All this time at home can lead to raiding the fridge and pantry. For me, the 4:00 hour is tough. My lunch has worn off, and I’m thinking about what to make for dinner, so I’m hungry. And as I’m thinking and looking….I’m snacking. Blend until fully combined, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Form balls from the mixture and layer in a bowl with waxed paper. Refrigerate and enjoy!
