pumpkin, water, sugar, apple juice (water, apple juice concentrate and ascorbic acid), molasses, spices, salt, citric acid
- Mix into French toast or pancake batter
- Add to maple syrup
- Stir into cottage cheese, yogurt, or softened butter or cream cheese
- Blend into oatmeal
- Blend with vanilla ice cream for a pumpkin milkshake
- Serve as a dip for ginger snaps
