relish that goes on anything or can even be eaten like a salsa.
Chow Chow (a Southern Relish)
bell peppers, green tomatoes, onions, sugar, cabbage, apple cider
vinegar, water, salt, spices, corn starch, citric acid
- Serve on hot dogs or bratwursts
- Mix into cooked greens such as collards, kale, spinach
- Put a spoonful into bean soup, chili, or beef stew
- Put on top of salmon patties, fish tacos, shredded pork, roast
- Eat it like a salsa!
