Apple Bourbon Bacon Burger
Isn’t alliteration fun? Sometimes it happens by accident and that’s even better. Then you challenge people to “say it 10 times real fast”. Bourbon Bacon Burger. Bourbon Bacon Burger…..Even more fun. Anyhoo.
I don’t want to seem bossy, but this is how you make a good burger. If you haven’t topped it with (or mixed the patties with) our Adams Apple Bourbon Bath, you just have to. Our Apple Bourbon Bath is a marinade, grilling sauce, dipping sauce, steak sauce, burger topper…among many other things. On this burger, I just used the apple bourbon bath in place of ketchup. And don’t think that beautiful patty went to waste just because I had to take a picture of it. I strategically took the photo at lunchtime.

- Meatloaf topper
